Connecting an assistant is included in every plan, including Free.

• Free - 3 lists, 25 open tasks on each, each shared with up to 2 people, 300 assistant calls a month.
• Pro, £3.50 a month - 10 lists, 100 open tasks on each, each shared with up to 5 people, 1,500 assistant calls a month.
• Max, £12 a month - unlimited lists, 1,000 open tasks on each, each shared with up to 15 people, unlimited assistant calls.

The list limit counts every list you own, whether it's a Task List, a Note List or a Form. Lists other people have shared with you count against their limit, not yours.

The task limit applies to each list on its own, and only counts tasks that are still open - finish or archive one and the space is free again. On a shared list it's the owner's plan that counts, whoever adds the task.

The sharing limit is how many people besides you can be on each list you own, and invitations still waiting for an answer count towards it. It's the owner's plan that counts here too.

Assistant calls are yours: every call your assistant makes counts against your plan, whichever list it's working on - your own or one shared with you.

Nothing is deleted. Any lists over your new limit are paused: you can still read them and clear their tasks, but they won't take anything new. Nobody is taken off a list either, but a list with more people than your new plan allows can't be shared with anyone else until it's back within it.

Choose which ones stay active under List order, in the menu under your name at the foot of the panel. Delete a list, or upgrade again, and the rest come back.
